TURK Fatih Tutak, located in Istanbul's Sisli/Turkey area, is a modern, elegant restaurant with a light, contemporary interior with a strong Turkish ethos. Since debuting in December 2019, just a few months before the lockdown, TURK has distinguished itself as one of Turkey's greatest eateries. Fatih was named Best Chef of the Year 2020 by Time Out Istanbul and ranked 89th in the World's Best Chef Awards, the only Turkish chef to make the top 100 list.
